Sean M. Kelly

Sean Kelly graduated with distinction from the University of Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2006. During law school, he was a member of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, the Student Intellectual Property Association, and Elder Law and Estate Planning Society.

After graduating from law school in 2006, Sean returned to Las Vegas, Nevada to pursue his legal career. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2006 and is admitted to practice before all Nevada state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). In 2013, Sean participated in the 41st Annual Trial Academy at Stanford University, sponsored by the IADC.

Prior to joining McBride Hall, Sean worked in the Las Vegas office of Carroll, Kelly, Trotter, Franzen & McBride. Since 2006, Mr. Kelly has devoted his practice to defending medical providers and facilities in medical and dental malpractice cases and has tried several cases to verdict.
