Heather S. Hall

Heather Hall graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing in 2003, and received her juris doctorate in 2007 from Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, Kentucky. During law school, she served as a Regional Editor for, and was published in, the Journal of Law and Education. She also served as Vice-President of Women’s Law Caucus, and was a charter member of the Domestic Violence Initiative.

She relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2007 and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada that same year. She is admitted to practice before all Nevada state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Heather is also a 2012 graduate of the 40th Annual Trial Academy, sponsored by the International Association of Defense Counsel.

Heather Hall was previously a partner in the Las Vegas office of Carroll, Kelly, Trotter, Franzen & McBride, where she devoted her practice to defending medical providers and facilities in medical and dental malpractice cases and tried several cases to verdict. Ms. Hall has handled a wide variety of professional and general liability cases for hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, nurses and dentists, and assisted in the trial presentation of many claims.
